Supported Housing
At Barrowmore, we always put our residents first. We provide supported housing to vulnerable males to lead a fulfilled and independent life and have structure and purpose within the local community. Our core values include having a good understanding and caring approach to help our residents have integrity and connect with family and external services to promote their lives.
This enables our residents at Barrowmore House to feel safe, valued and respected. We strongly believe our residents should be given opportunities to develop and enjoy their lives as we would expect for ourselves. This includes participating in fun activities, going on holiday and being involved around the group home.
Barrowmore Court and Robinson Close have been developed as the next step from the provision of 24/7 housing related support. Some tenants can request housing related guidance from Barrowmore. Some tenants may still have some floating support provision from external partnerships if required to promote and/or maintain independence. Some tenants live in the units privately. The accommodation is set within the Parklands of Barrowmore.

The Bluebell Café at Barrowmore…
The Bluebell Café at Barrowmore is a unique licensed cafe established in 2013 as part of the Barrowmore Limited charity who support vulnerable adults. We believe in homemade food cooked fresh from quality ingredients locally sourced where possible and picked from our vegetable garden, whilst delivering a lovely experience in a beautiful setting.

Barrowmore is an excellent location situated 15 minutes from Chester, set in rural surroundings within Great Barrow. We offer excellent rates for the units, services, utilities and provide telephone and broadband should you choose to use our provider. Allocated parking is also provided with each unit.
