Our Objectives

1. To ensure that Barrowmore's culture is commensurate with the Charity's objectives whilst not compromising the aim of providing the highest quality of care.
2. To ensure the cost effectiveness of Barrowmore by improved and/or creative utilisation of the Organisations assets.
3. To provide the highest quality care facilities for people with a disability.
4. To provide the opportunities for the development of people with a disability to achieve their fullest potential through education, training and assessment facilities.
5. To provide more opportunities for meaningful employment for people with a disability both on the Barrowmore site and through an expanding Supported Placement Scheme.
6. To increase the profile of Barrowmore and it's activities to attract the funding and investment required from whatever source to achieve the above objectives.
